zTicket is a simple and convenient field service solution APP that will aid and simplify time and task management of a service technician or consultant in the field.

No setup and no other software is required to use our zTicket APP. Simply download and its ready to use with no restrictions.

Deigned with service technicians and consultants in mind to help make onsite visits, time tracking, and billing convenient. Creating a ticket is as simple as picking a contact or creating a new customer, specifying the start and end time, entering your notes, getting a signature. Any service ticket that has been created can be saved, edited, deleted, or emailed with the signature image. Once a ticket is emailed it is removed from the available ticket list.
